- Provide accurate and timely information required for event planning.
- Review and approve event details and budgets promptly.
- Comply with venue rules and regulations during events.
- Quotes and Estimates: Initial quotes are subject to change based on final requirements.
- Payment Terms: Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
- Cancellations: Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in the agreement.
- Materials we create (logos, designs, presentations) remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients grant us permission to use event photos for marketing unless they opt out.
- We are not responsible for third-party vendor failures, unforeseen delays, or force majeure events.
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of these Terms.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under The judicial system in Karnataka.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
