Terms of service.

These terms describe DCODE’s general conditions for its services. Project-specific scope, fees, schedules and cancellation arrangements are set out in the agreed proposal or contract.
Services
DCODE provides corporate event planning, coordination and execution, along with creative and content solutions for brands.
Client responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely information, review and approve event details and budgets promptly, and comply with venue rules and regulations.
Quotes, payment and cancellation
Quotes and estimates may change based on final requirements. Payments follow the agreed schedule. Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in the agreement.
Intellectual property
Materials created by DCODE, including designs and presentations, remain DCODE’s property unless otherwise agreed. Our service terms provide for use of event photographs for marketing unless the client opts out; confirm project-specific usage in the agreement.
Liability and termination
These terms exclude responsibility for third-party vendor failures, unforeseen delays and force majeure events, and limit liability to the fees paid for the services. DCODE may terminate services for non-payment or breach of the agreed terms.
Disputes and changes
These terms refer to arbitration and the judicial system in Karnataka. The governing provisions for your project should be set out in its signed agreement. Service terms may be updated from time to time.
